JANUARY 13th SHIPPING UPDATE

A notice to all customers with outstanding orders - updated January 13th, 2025

We are so sorry to keep you waiting on your pre ordered Fillyboo items. We have had an unprecedented production issue that has caused the delay.

Production is now complete on all pre-ordered styles. Customs clearance out of India is currently underway. From there the shipment will move by air to our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
Express courier tracking numbers will be applied to your orders starting immediately, prior to the goods arriving in the UK.
Once goods are unpacked, checked and labelled for individual delivery the tracking numbers will start to track and orders will be on their way to you. Please allow a few days for tracking numbers to become active. Tracking numbers need to be entered prior to the bulk shipment arriving in the UK in order to speed up the process during this busy period.
PLEASE NOTE: ORDER CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED DURING THIS TIME
Each customer affected by the production delays will receive a generous store credit to purchase from our new SS2025 collection.

How much is shipping?

Fillyboo provides a free international shipping option (with Australia Post Express) for all orders over $400.  

A flat rate of $20 USD applies to orders under $400.  

There is an expedited shipping option also available at checkout with UPS express.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Orders are shipped directly from Sydney Australia using either UPS or Australia Post (express). UPS are unable to deliver to PO Boxes (except in the U.A.E).

Please note that if you select Australia Post as a shipping option, your order will be delivered through your country's mail delivery service (eg USPS if you are in the USA, Parcelforce if you are in the UK etc). You will be able to track your delivery via those websites using the tracking number that is emailed to you when your order is shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, however due to the many elements that go into making our handmade pieces, some items may require a final process before they can be shipped. Some items are transferred between Fillyboo locations before being shipped. Before contacting our customer service team, please allow up to 10 business days after you have placed your order to receive a shipping notification.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are not able to change or cancel your order once it is received, so please double check your order, as well as your delivery and contact information carefully. This includes items ordered via Trunk Show or on Pre Order. If you no longer wish to receive your pre ordered item or the event that you ordered for has passed, we are not able to cancel that order prior to shipping. Please receive your order and initiate a return if required.

Items ordered on pre order?

Please note that the estimated ship date for pre order items should be considered the start of a 3 week shipping window. Delays can occur with production, and subsequently ship dates for pre ordered items can be pushed back at times. Please do not order pre order styles if you need to receive it for a specific date within the shipping window, as we are not able to guarantee arrival in time. We will do our very best to keep you updated on any changes to the expected shipping dates.

Fillyboo collections are hand made in small quantities. We may offer our most popular styles on a pre order basis if existing inventory is sold out and new production is scheduled to arrive soon. 

Items ordered via Trunk Show

Fillyboo offers selected collections via Trunk Show sales. These orders are unable to be changed or canceled for any reason. This is because exact quantities and sizes are produced to avoid wastage, and this allows us to offer these collections at reduced prices. Thank you so much for understanding!

Payment of Import Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for the payment of DUTIES AND TAXES. 

Fillyboo has a legal obligation to declare the true purchase price of all items and must provide customs offices with commercial invoices if they require it.  

Fillyboo is unable to assist with any requests to pay for duties or taxes in relation to the delivery of your order. Orders that are refused by customers cannot be returned to shipper, and are considered to be abandoned by customs. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
